How To Measure

A perfect-fitting dress starts with perfect measurements. Before ordering a made-to-order dress from luxandglamor.com, we strongly encourage finding a professional local tailor who can help you measure accurately. Here, we'll show you which measurements are needed and how to correctly take them. Warning: measuring yourself at home is trickier than you think! For best results, always have your measurements taken by a professional local tailor.

Bust:
Please take the tape around your back and bring it across your nipple line. It should be the fullest part of your breast.

Waist:
You should measure the smallest part of your waist. Typically it's a few centimeters of above your belly button.

Hips:
You should take the measurement around your hips at the fullest point, usually located 7 to 9 inches below your natural waist.

Shoulder to Nipple:
Please measure from the top center of your SHOULDER TO YOUR NIPPLE. You should stand straight and measure along the front of your body straight down to nipple.

Shoulder to Waist:
Please measure from the top center of your shoulder to your waistline. You should stand straight and measure along the front of your body, over the fullest part of your chest.

Height From Shoulder to Floor (for floor/long length dresses only):
Please measure from the top center of your shoulder to the floor. You should stand straight and measure along the front of your body, over the fullest part of your chest.
PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO ADD YOUR HILLS/SHOES IN THIS MEASUREMENT.

Height From Shoulder to Hem (for knee/tea/short length dresses only):
Please measure from the top center of your shoulder to your preferred, desired hemline. You should stand straight and measure along the front of your body, over the fullest part of your chest.
PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO ADD YOUR HILLS/SHOES IN THIS MEASUREMENT.

READY-TO-WEAR COLLECTIONS

Measurements needed according the item.

Please send us your measurements before or after ordering the item and we will make the perfect garment for you!

Please Note:
According our experience usually we receive wrong measurement of ''Shoulder to Hem'' for  dresses. To tolerate this, we add 1-2 inches on the length you send us!

Please Note:
Although we attempt to represent online colors as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor will match the actual garment. Variations of light and reflections on the original photograph as well as differences in computer monitors and printers may make color tones appear slightly different than the actual fabric!

Please Note:
We always target to reach exact measurements what we receive. But, as our dresses are Fully Handmade and we make them in your custom measurements, up to 1-2 inches differences are reasonable!

Please Note:
We may require additional fee, if the measurements are plus size. You can contact us before you place your order and we will offer you reasonable price.
